Request How can I delay when a projectile comes out?

So, I'm trying to make a future sight-like move in melee, and i was wondering how would I delay the coming out of the disable hitbox?

Disable is not a projectile, it's just GFXs and 3 hitboxes coming out at different times. Those hitboxes are called within the move by "Autocancel" events, which can easily be removed and replaced with actual hitboxes that you can then easily edit without the need of using hex editing to modify the already existing hitboxes.
