Texas Gaming Championships 5 Update: Due to Christmas, finals and the holidays I decided not to do a TGC in December so there will be no TGC in December. TGC 5 will be the last event of 2015 and will go down either late October or early November. I am currently working on a 5 event deal with a venue and once contracts are signed I will be making an announcement for TGC 5 and the Official TGC schedule for 2016. The TGC Store will be up in a few weeks so stay tuned!

Hey guys, Epsilon here, I'm fairly new to Houston and just getting into smash 4. I played melee and project m semi competivly awhile back and looking for cool people to play with and learn from. What would be the best way to find a group to play with?

Melee isn't doing that bad here, and playing with them would help their numbers. Bring a friend or something. I think there's a fair amount of interest for it in houston

I think Melee and PM are both looking to expand their scene as much as possible. Neither game is dead but actually coordinating a weekly together or something of that sort... I'd chat with Krebs. There's still some things that happen around town though, but you'll see mostly Smash 4 in these parts.
