I'm creative (I write music, stories, etc.)
I'm confident that I'm amazing.
I've been in a good mood lately despite all the things going wrong.
I have lots of dreams, and tend to remember them very clearly (Had a dream last night about Harry Potter, and there were good wizards and evil wizards, and the evil wizards killed all the good wizards except Ron, because he apparently was unimportant enough that they forgot he existed).
And as far as the sex drive thing goes, If you have a low sex drive, then you won't fap as much. So if fapping too much is somehow a problem, then the lowered sex drive thing you mentioned would balance it out, if it was true.

This reminds me...tonight I grabbed my balls. Many times. I actually improved the arc of my release and it actually goes out farther than usual. My stroke is smoother and I can keep it going for a longer period of time.
Can't wait to go bowling again.
