Horizontal Up B missing ledge?

Hey guys. I keep trying to horizontal up B into the ledge but it never works (trying to take same angle as like... fox/falco side B) going directly into it. but i just fall.

what am i doing wrong?

You need to angle it down some if you want to grab the ledge.
