If possible, I think it should be a goal to enable a mode where you can see all the hitboxes/hurtboxes etc in training mode, like in SF2THD

I also think it would be cool if you could show framedata when doing moves in-game, like in the training mode of Virtua Fighter 5.

MrSwagger here is a link to a program which can do what you ask.
BrawlBox

Example Pic:

It's not exactly the easiest program to use. There's some Tutorials and FAQs floating around here...

@Rat: I am aware of the program but it would be nicer if you could see the hitboxes while in-game =(

idk how any of these things work, but i know that many things in console hacking scenes are declared impossible and then someone finds a way to do it.
it's not like its the highest priority, but if someone has free time and wants to try it for the challenge it'd be awesome! (it could be someone outside of the main development team who are prolly overloaded with ambitious, amazing work as it is)

in certain TAS videos you can see they have toggle:show-hitbox hacks, would this not fall in line with something that is as plausible as "turbo mode"? it seems like what may have been out of grasp for the game itself, these new hacks could bring within reach?

what if you guys made an alt costume with hitbox overlays? or another idea that i'd assume is impossible is make an item/effect to trigger the drawing of various boxes a-la turbo mode type stuff.

like the video that burnsy found, could there just be an alternate version of project m that has visible hitboxes? i wouldn't mind having to change sd cards or codesets if it meant being able to have visible hitboxes in-game
