Been a fan of Smash for a long time but i'm just now gonna start my foray into local scenes. I'm in the Austin/Pflugerville area, and i'm excited to start playing seriously.

I think you did a solid job, welcome to the Underworld Boards! You may be able to find tournaments and events near you in the Southwest subforum, I'd recommend snooping around Ultimate Competitive Discussion, or your respective main's subforum as well if you're trying to get into tournament play.
