Sounds like you have an interest in the competitive side of Smash? It might be hard to find an active clan here, but at the very least, I'm sure you'll be able to make friends to play with online and potentially make your own assuming they're not part of one that you can join. Other than that, I'd recommend getting involved with your local Smash scene to see what's going on, if that's something you're interested in. While you can't really go to any local events now, there's a lot of players that still communicate online to have play sessions and online tournaments.
