For Baby Mario, yes, put it in \pf\fighter\mario\

Model hacking isn't completely out yet. The only alternate codes we have are for PSA characters (Almas's Clone Engine) and Stages (Dantarion/PW's codes)

Almost everything that people claim to be "Model Hacks" are use of Phantom Wings' Partial Size Modifier Code, released a long time ago. They usually come accompanied by a lack of credit to him. They don't change the model itself so much as resize parts of it.
