Help with Captain Falcon's Final Smash... for Project M...

see in Project M the camera zooms in more during Captain Falcon's FS than it does in vBrawl... and I want to change it back to it's original zoom for modding reasons... after a lot of switching files around, I found out that MiscData[0]... the highlighted one... is the file I need to change in order to do that... but I can't open it in Brawlbox... basically I'm asking if any of you all know what I can use to open it... Figured there has to be a way since the PM team was able to change it in the first place.
