Help with 20xx in Oahu

Hey all,

I currently live in japan but am in Oahu for about two more weeks. The internet connection I have won't allow me to mod this wii I just got to get 20xx and Project M. I was wondering if anyone on the island knows how and can help me out before I go back out to Japan.
