So, recently I have signed up and now I'm making my first post here, so I'll introduce myself. As seen, my Username is Abnormal Tyrant and I am a King Dedede main. I suppose I could be a somewhat seasoned player in Smash, I am not exactly a fully competitive player, so I am not exactly aware of every mechanic, although I am aware of some of them. Also, I have a few sub-mains, which would be Bowser, Ganondorf, Wario, Donkey Kong and a few others. I mainly play on Sm4sh Wii U and 3DS, although I also own a copy of the original Smash bros for the 64. Feel free to join in to comment if you'd like too.

what terms dont you know?
Specifically the more complicated terms in the Smash Bros games. Things like pivot grabbing, sour and sweet spots, as well as hitboxes are some of the things I have a good understanding of. Some things like fully understanding endlag, while I'm aware of it, it's that I don't have a good understanding of it. There were a few other ones but I can't remember off the top of my head of what they were.

endlag is the amount of frames after a move's hitbox has dissapated that no hitbox is out, before you can perform anything else.

Ah, Ok. And usually the more endlag, the worse is how I hear it.
Correct. If a move has more endlag, than the other player will have a larger window to punish it. And at top level play, those couple frames could mean everything!

Yeah. Which is why most people prefer recovery or certain attacks with the lower endlag. Ok, I have a better understanding of it than I used to. Thanks guys!
