Hey all,
I love my soundtracks. Big time. So, naturally I have a large assortments of BRSTMs into my copy of Project M. However, as of around a week or so, none of them have been functioning at all.
Instead of playing the BRSTM, it will instead play the original brawl song (For example: Menu 1 will play instead of PM 3.5 main theme), but very garbled and sped up sounding. I've also noticed that Mewtwo and Roy don't play the right sound effects, and instead play the sound effects from the Bosses that they were taken from. (Ex: Mewtwo playing Golem noises and Roy playing Porky noises....boss names might be completely wrong but you get the point)
I've defragged twice, reformatted, re-copied files and am doing this a second time while I make this post, and have not had any luck at all. I simply cannot figure out what could be the issue and what is going wrong here. I'm trying to figure out if my SD card is just dying or (Even worse), there's an issue with the Wii's SD card slot. I've pretty much exhausted all options and troubleshooting methods that I can think of and have decided to reach out to anyone that might be able to help.
If it makes any difference, I'm using PM through a copy of Brawl via USB Loader GX due to having a malfunctioning eject button on my Wii. I apologize if this is the wrong board, I'm still kind of a newb on Smashboards,
