Have a question about using made characters, help would be appreciated :P

Ok, so I downloaded the metal sonic pack, and I've been trying to figure out how to use it, i know it has to do with psa to be made, but I can't find (or at least didn't see it myself) how to actually use the character pack while browsing these forums. Some detailed help would be great if anyone would be so kind

Put FitSonic.pac and, if you have it, FitSonicMotionEtc.pac inside sd:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\fighter\sonic.
