Has anyone considered sponsoring tournaments through betting?

I know that gambling is a touchy subject, but I'm just considering ways to reward our players and breathe life into the scene. There are many ways it could be theoretically done. We already have that format for "designing the whole bracket," and could make an optional money bracket for that which rewards the top 100 brackets and sponsors the tournament. We could also do live betting with individual matches, either in top 8 or the whole day before as well, if the system was set up well. Something like 10% goes to the victor, 10% goes to the pot, 10% goes to the tourney organizers, and 70% is given back to the betters. Those are arbitrary numbers; I don't know what the ideal format would be. I'm just offering the idea. Heck, if our community built the technology to make this happen (we have some wonderfully motivated coders here), it could be something that becomes utilized to support many fighting games...

Gambling is a touchy subject because oftentimes it is illegal.

Smash doesn't need more moral/legal problems.

While gambling is a sensitive topic, as long as it's done responsibly and following the law, it could be a fun and innovative way to support the scene. I think it's important to consider its legality and ensure everything is above board before moving forward. It's also important to establish clear rules and guidelines to ensure fairness and protect the players, like at online casino bonus. Let us know how it goes!

It's great that you're considering different formats, such as a money bracket and live betting on individual matches, and the idea of giving back to the betters is definitely something to consider.

I think it's a pretty sweet idea to sponsor tournaments through betting. I like the idea of having an optional money bracket for designing the whole bracket and rewarding the top 100 brackets. It's also cool to do live betting with individual matches. If the system was set up well, it would be epic! The breakdown you suggested for the winnings is arbitrary, but it's a good starting point. Speaking of betting, have you checked out the best casino site in Philippine? They've got some sweet deals and games to choose from. Plus, the community has some wicked coders that could make this happen.

I think now more than ever, the Smash Ultimate scene needs something fresh to keep it going. The downside with gambling is that it excludes the vast majority of Smash Ultimate's playerbase as it's only available to those over 18.

Interesting idea you have there. It could add some excitement to tournaments and give players a chance to earn extra cash. However, I can also see why some people might hesitate to incorporate gambling into the scene. It's definitely a touchy subject, as you said. If you do decide to pursue this idea, make sure to do it safely and securely. You wouldn't want anyone to get ripped off or taken advantage of. Have you heard of the HOFFMAN SLOT COMMUNITY? They're a great group of folks who love to gamble and share tips and strategies for winning big at 슬롯 사이트.Best of luck!

Speaking of online gambling, have you checked out เว็บพนันออนไลน์? It's an online gambling website that offers a wide range of games, from sports betting to casino games and more. They have a user-friendly interface and various promotions and bonuses for new users. Of course, it's important to gamble responsibly, but it's worth looking into as an option for those interested in online betting.
