Hard time against Luigi

From my experience playing Ness against a good Luigi player, he seems to be a perfect counter. His aerial attacks are quicker and more powerful than my aerials, his neutral air makes my yo-yo dash and pkt basicly useless by eating them , his neutral A attack matches Ness, I think he's faster than Ness, and generally he's just a pain in my ***.

Anyone had a similar experience, and if so, any advice? I'll post a video soon.

I am by all means not a great Nesser, but I would say that you should take advantage of the fact that you have better projectiles. Throw some PK fires into your game.

PK thunder seems good for forcing them to slip up.

I personally don't main Ness however I too have a lot of trouble against Luigi's. I feel your pain.

I reccomend tring to avoid his Down-B because that move is real great. Than you can take advantage of the lag.

Luigi is the new Ganondorf. His uair does like...the same thing Ganondorf's did in Melee.

Explain. Do you mean G-dorf from Melee who was a solid mid tier character. Or Brawl Ganondorf who really sucks. Which is it?

I think what he means is that luigi's uair is beastly powerful and quick like ganondorf's was in melee

I'm doing great now. Ademisk's advice on throws and abusing fair helps. Besides, when facing Luigi, I just use more projectiles and stay more on the ground to avoid his quick aerials.
