Hey Olis/Alphs,
I've been pretty active on the Distant Planet discord and have been creating some guides/exploratory posts mainly for them and Reddit, but I was recommended by Myran to post them here as well in an effort to centralize the community's knowledge base. So this post is just a list of the different docs I've created (most are r/OlimarMains posts) and brief explanations of them. I don't think there will be any overlap with what's already here, but please let me know if there is or if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions for me (either here or on the subreddit)! Thanks all, and here's the list:

Thanks all, and here's the list:
- On the Nature of Pikmin - Volume 1
- Explores the number of attacks a pikmin will do once attached and factors that affect its length of stay
- On the Nature of Pikmin - Volume 2
- Explores various attachment sites of pikmin and how they can and cannot be shaken off (LOTS OF GFYCATS)
- On the Nature of Pikmin - Volume 3
- Explores the various projectiles, movement-based specials, and counters that are halted/altered by the presence of latched pikmin.
- Winged Pikmin Platform Landing (WPPL) - An Up-B Oli "Tech"
- A "tech" I found and hadn't seen anyone mention, pronounced like "whipple". Essentially canceling Up-B's landing into an attack or grab.
- Olimar/Alph Mix-ups: Down-throw to Footstool
- Utilizing true combo footstool and footstool-->Dair for grab mixups. Spikes some characters.
- Olimar/Alph Mix-ups: Nair Locking (with additional exploration of D-tilt)
- Nair underneath platforms as a tool for creating platform-based locking set-ups.
- Tumble % Doc
- Percents at which Oli's moves cause characters to go into tumble animation. Mostly useful for creating other jab-lock setups with Jab1, platform Nairs, or the super rare far Purple down-smash hitbox.
