Greetings, Smashboards (wait, is it Smashboards or SmashBoards? Or smashboards?). I'm Z-Tier, and for clarification, my name is meant to be a self-depricating joke, as in, my skill is in the worst tier possible. It's not meant to establish I'm some low-tier elitist or anything.
I'm a Sm4sh player, but as of right now, neither my 3DS or Wii U versions are playable. Holding over until Smash Switch, I guess. I don't really have a main, and I like dabbling with lots of characters for variety's sake. But my best character would have to be Villager, I've played as him since Day 1. My first experience with the series was Brawl, where child me would only play as Kirby with a sideways Wiimote, and only use specials. I actually learned how to play the game when 3DS came around. I've only played Melee very briefly, but it is very much not my type of game. And I played Classic Mode on 64 once, if that means anything.
I'm primarily a competitive player, but I love goofing around with items and illegal or custom stages now and then. And customs are fun, if not horribly unbalanced.
I have yet to join even a local tournament, and I'm still very hesitant about joining one. Mostly because my go-to controller is a Gamepad (how classy) and general social quirks and awkwardnesd keeping me from branching out. Maybe some day.
Anyways, can't wait to hear from the rest of you, I'll most likely be lingering in the Smash Wii U/3DS section.
