I just talked with rsr, he has multiple contingency plans. So this WILL be happening. He's just seeing if he can get a better venue than one of his default, guaranteed ones.

Yes this will be going down. I am currently talking to two venues to see if they can let me host it. I will have it updated within the next 2 days. If not, it may be at my house or my Girlfriend's.

The venues hours are from 10am-9pm. If we are not out by 9pm, it will be a $200 fine. But if there is any problems and the tournament is not out in time, I do have a backup plan.

ok, well. I have something to do, starting early Sunday afternoon. But nothing after 9am on Friday. The way I see it here are our options.

Drivers:
Ori_mom.

That is the list. If Ori can't provide a ride, I don't think we're making this. So let us know if that is a possibility, Kalle.

Times to leave:

Friday afternoon/evening- I have no classes after 9am on Friday. So I'd be down to go whenever. So after Ori's last class or whatever.

Saturday morning- We did this last time, could always do it again. No friendlies/practice the night before, but could be less of an inconvenience to some people's schedules.

Times to return home:

Saturday night- Common for people to head home after a local, especially one ending as early as ~9pm. No partying after. Still able to do b-dubs if we want.

Sunday morning/afternoon- Allows for partying/chilling/smashing Saturday night. I do have somewhere to be on Sunday tho. idk what time yet, but probably early afternoon. It's something I could miss if I had to tho.


I would vote for driving up Friday evening (assuming the housing is still free/cheep) and coming back Saturday night. If we would be paying hotel prices, then I vote leaving Saturday morning and coming back that night.

I can ask but I think the traveling for Ori_mom might be on break because of the APEX trip. If we get the real Ori_mobile it would be room for 6 (kinda cramp but we can handle it).

If the Ori_mom ride doesn't go through, I think the best possible thing would be to leave Friday afternoon from AA and return Saturday night like roller suggested. *looks at Randall for free housing <3

It's true, I am a chairman at the casino so I get 6 free rooms a year. (They expire in March so I plan on hosting another tournament before then.) This place is really nice and it's mostly for the rich stuck up turds but why not **** **** up. (Not really, if you break something, you are dead ^ _ ^)
