Viktor probably very viable now.

the smartcast range thing has been an option for a while if you modified the game files. there was something about it that bothered me though, i'll try it out and see if it's fixed.

and how will those buffs make viktor "very viable"? the only noticeable one is a .25 second faster stun

and minor ashe tweaks help her early laning, but she's still outclassed by everyone right?

the mastery change for bonus ad over crit helps a lot of the characters I play, which is nice. Although 4% crit was amazing when you got a few lucky ones in jungle / ganking / laning (oh hey, I'm someone with 4% crit chance and BAM one lucky auto attack and I win the lane, gg)

Ashe having 40 extra health + extra armor + a volley cd reduction will probably help her out a lot. Her level 1 is still okay, and now she'll be able to be reasonably good at pokey pokes at around level 5. Like, 4 seconds off at level 1 (20%) is by itself quite a good buff.

But my ashe always involves cross map arrows on purpose as to reduce how effective I can handle aggressive bot lanes.
Best feeling in the world was when you used to solo mid with Ashe and hit 6 and suddenly be a beacon of god tierness.

just like the colorblind mode, the smartcast range option has been available for quite a while.

there's some config file in the innards of league, and you change a number and it's all gravy.

now there is a checkbox in the settings that does it for you.

we had this one game where this akali snowball'd the **** outta early game with a 9/0 lead as ap mid. i was too busy ganking top/bot and before i could get oracles i couldnt really gank her. she roamed a lot and people weren't turret huggin

akali dives in first and before she can even proc her Q it felt like i grabbed her ****ing *** we bursted. she still lived cuz she was semi tanky. W'd and thought she was safe. nah son oracles ya jabroni.

anyone feel like ashe is being underrated right now?
i mean her damage isn't completely terrible late game, still high enough to 4 shot most squishies + her ult makes it so easy to catch people out of position. gap closers don't feel like a big problem if you take exhaust/flash and just kite all day
