Maxing W on Swain is the way to go.

they don't have an official release schedule anyway. I mean, we could infer one from the past like 10 patches or w/e, but it's still never like they promised patches every Tuesday.
You mean maxing W over Decrepify? I still don't see why you would want to max his snare before his Torment.

As a business rendering a service, if your customer base has come to expect something from you at a certain time it's as official as it needs to be. It's not just a courtesy, it's good business.
I'm almost more frustrated/disappointed that the information WAS given, but in such an informal and niche way when they have an appropriate medium for communicated these types of deviations from the norm.

how do you know when its a good idea to trade? or when its the correct time to push
after you kill one of them and thusly secure an advantage, try to convert that into a tower. Dive if you have to to scare them and/or kill them, but don't go crazy pursuing them, make sure you keep your eye on the ball. Pushing wins games, farming champions can help lead to this, but it will not win the game by itself.
Swain isn't strong because of his damage output I think. W has a higher initial base damage, the beginning delay decreases as it levels, and so does the CD to the point where you can get two off in a teamfight. E increases your damage sure but if I max it what damage do I really have?
There is no real correct time to push its just see what the situation is. Examples:
- If your top lane and the rest of the team is dragoning you won't make it down there unless you have teleport.
- Push when you have baron buff
- Have team fights when your team has the golem/lizard buff
- Push when your team has more champions alive than the other team, or when you have more champions at the turret than the other team. This varies though depending on who they have defending the turret. If your low levels then you don't want to really push a Shen at the turret even if its 3v2 because you taking tower hits will be too much. However, if it's late game and you can handle the hits then by all means go in.
- Push when you're up by a significant amount in kills/turrets, and you know you won't be able to handle the team late game. For example if they have a Sivir and you are Ezreal you want to end the game soon.
- Tell your team to group up and push no point in doing it separately unless one person has a global teleport so they can push a separate lane.
- Split push when the other team is turtling (hugging/defending by a turret together)
There's probably a few more scenarios but those are the basic ones

MF has like the natural highest HP of any ranged carry, she can do W/O HP quints.

had a game today as shaco
stole every blue buff the enemy anivia tried to take, stole a few reds from their WW
ganks bot kept getting double kills for my team because it was sion + renek lol
once we had a triple kill cause WW hid in the brush

Dan and I played a game today that should have been over at the 25 min mark, but we had an amazingly bad Garen on our team that kept pushing and wouldn't buy any wards. So he'd get chased out of fights or die before we even got around to really fighting them. Finally I demanded that we buy wards, sold one of my items so I could buy some myself and suddenly we kept getting them split and winning fights. TA-DAAAAA!!! We win the game.
We played with a Teemo that got 3 Philosopher's Stones!

i'm not going to make a big issue out of it because the nerfs aren't that bad (frost got buffed even). but she's not a frequent pick at any level of play, which means she is not a problem and does not deserve nerfs. this nerf came entirely from the voice of the community, which was influenced primarily by the tier list, which is the opinion of ONE person based on a few games. meanwhile they BUFF sivir, and barely touch vlad (who is a better mage than anivia and a bigger problem at every elo). and THIS patch gets upvoted after several patches of downvotes. i think i'm losing faith in the lol community like mogwai did. lol

You do realize that there were also top players looking at Anivia and questioning why she was that strong, right?
Also looking at the new AP CDR item... Like it besides the mana regen. I think they can completely scrap that, give it 80 AP, and it would feel near perfect.

I think it's regarding your post and your posts complaining about how Anivia's not "OP"
They changed her egg, and made ult cost more on startup.
If it's too mana intense to do that for your free harass- why not just land your skillshot?

edit: @dekar i am fine with the nerfs and i think she may have deserved them, it's just funny to me how this all stemmed from a single person. also i hate people that think others don't deserve a proper response. lack of respect imo. you all probably think i suck, but nobody even knows who they are lol, and at least i make an effort to talk about the game (well not anymore, i'm done talking about the patch)...
