Really? I can see Kassadin doing well at about level 6-7 on, but up until then I'm pretty sure it's extremely one-sided in Nid's favor.

Oh man... Blitzcrank is SO fun. Haven't played him since last free week and I'm really considering getting him. He can control the pace of a match really well and has so much CC to offer.

My first and only penta was with pre-buff Urgot. After her viability re-make I managed two quadras with Kat in back to back games, but never a penta.

I have some IP and some RP... I can buy 2-3 characters right now. But I have no idea who I want to play next. Should I just get some top tiers/people my friends play in case I go into ranked games and get early picks? I don't own Rammus yet -_-
Everybody and their dog has gotten pentakills except for me. I've gotten quadras with Heimer and Yi, and triples with like all the characters I play. But no penta. =[

Just got Lion dance kog maw. Yayyy.
Elementz didn't even get his first penta until a couple weeks ago.
Also, pick heroes that you like playing and that fill particular roles. If you are good w/ a mid-upper "tier" hero it's better than owning a top tier that you hate playing and aren't good with.
Only time you should have a few top tiers handy is if you make a frequent habit of swapping heroes w/ teammates.
Also, fun games to all today! KevinM's Poppy is horrifying

Hmmm. I do need a jungler. One that does physical damage for when Nunu wouldn't fit the team as well. I also just need to be more familiar with jungling, because I pretty much never do it... even with Nunu =\
How is Trundle doing currently? And Olaf? Those are the two outside of Udyr and WW that I'd be most interested in trying.

My one penta was with karthus. I don't even remember it happening. My friend was just looking at my match history and was like "you got a pentakill with karthus :o" and I was like "uhhhhhhhh I guess lol"
And (in my low-mid elo opinion) Trundle is probably one of the best junglers right now. He's real fun, you should try him. Get wriggles and triforce

I just got out of the longest game I've played so far.
Ended up being 80 minutes long give or take a few minutes.
Ended up 20/6/21 as AP Teemo.
Four Barron pushes later we took their Nexus.
I hate turtling so much.

Trundle is top 3 competitive junglers along with Nunu and Olaf atm imo. funny how quickly my perception of this game can change sometimes.

I am curious as to how they'll accomplish that title with Ryze. Ashe is an auto-attack champ, which leads me to believe that Ryze will have to have some uber low cdr spell to sling. (Overload rework?)
I'm probably over thinking this. Anyone have any thoughts as to how Ryze will be worked into the" Ashe of AP?"

I really want to buy Moakai. He seems like he would be a lot of fun. It's honestly about time they released a new tank champ.
I think Udyr is a great jungler and has a formidable presence after jungle ends. Problem with Shaco is that once he's done disrupting laning phases he loses a lot of strength when teamfights roll around.

Read his description. Maokai is an off-tank support, not a real tank.
btw Kevin, I called Trundle being a top tier jungler before you did. He is incredibly safe and has very strong ganks. His ult shreds tanks or can be used to disable a carry who needs to die fast. I actually think he's the perfect counter to Irelia. Use your ult to remove her natural bulkiness. Use bite to reduce her DPS. If necessary, use your wall to keep her from sticking to your teammates. And his CC reduction helps you against equilibrium strike too.

Shaco is #1 solo queue jungler, but in arranged 5s he just doesn't do what you want your jungle to do (he needs farm and is squishy forever).
Udyr is.... OK. I dunno, he just doesn't seem to be cutting it in the current meta... just gets kited around too much and he's either beefy enough to survive that but then doesn't do enough damage or he's squishy enough to just die to kiting.
