preferably you should check out kadano's thread for more specific answers
Up throw to uptilt/ up air works at low percents(don't know the super specifics), fthrow to fsmash works on di in, same with bthrow. fthrow to dair works on di in. There's more but Kadano's thread has literally everything you could ask for.

Up throw -> utilt actually isn't guaranteed at any percent. Details in Kadano's thread.

To op, there's a ton of fthrow stuff you can abuse at lower levels where the opponent might not know to DI down and away. Fthrow -> regrab up to 20-25%, fthrow -> fsmash are the most obvious, but there's even more cheesy stuff. You'll have to experiment with those as you won't find them in Kadano's thread since none of it is guaranteed. Against better opponents who DI correctly, up throw -> juggle or down throw -> tech chase are the way to go, with an occasional fthrow for DI mixup.
