Well, the last 2 of my tourneys went exceptionally well 
If you're new to this brand of tournament, allow me to introduce:

Basic Rules:
3 Stocks
8 Minute time limit
No Items
Single Elimination; 2/3 set
Stage Selections:
Neutrals:
Final Destination
Battlefield
Yoshi's Island
Smashville
CPs:
Lylat Cruise
Delfino Plaza
Castle Siege
Frigate Orphean
Halberd
Pictochat
Brinstar
Pokemon Staduim 1
Banned:
Anything else.
Stalling:
MK Infinite Cape stalling is banned.
Grab release infinites are banned, Save for Bowser's Grab release.
Infinite Chain-Grabs are allowed until 200% But *Points to last stalling rule*
No ledge grab limit.
Standing infinites are banned.
Johns are definitely banned; Nobody wants to hear it.
Stage overlook:Stages are selected in order: Neutral, CP,(CP,) Victor.
In other words: Neutral, loser picks CP, (loser/winner of first match picks CP,) Victor.
Due dates:Contestants are given 1 week(Weekends alloted) to complete their tournament set.
Ties?:
In the event of a time out, winner is declared by Stocks, then by Percentage.
Sudden Deaths will not be played, instead, there will be a 1 stock, 3 minute, same characters, rematch.
But, if the tie was caused by a suicide move(Ganon's Flame Choke, Bowser's Flying Slam, etc.), the player who used said suicide move is the winner.
