Yeah I know i rather have wolf too, tough they had 4 new zelda xcharacters in melee (including sheik), so why not Fox, Falco (new moveset), wolf, krystal and G. scales?

And NO andross WONT be in brawl...

I seriously want General Scales.

This "villain" will work for the series. In Star Fox Adventures, when I first saw this bad guy, I had a feeling we had to fight him, BUT I WAS WRONG. Right when you take out your staff, the game will interrupt up you with a cut scene that will literally give you the last Krazoa Spirit. We should have fought for it. WHAT A WASTE OF A CHARACTER IF YOU TELL ME. Then you are given to a Andross boss just to make the game have some original characters in it.

But seriously, we should give him another chance. Rareware wasted a good character design.

AND THERE IS NO WAY THAT GENERAL SCALES CAN BE A CLONE TO FOX.

I'll be back with his Special Moves.

Super- Dino Rage:
Will start slashing an oponent kinda like links super but not as fast, then he will actually bite the oponent, and he'll close the jaw as hard as he can, then move his head side to side slamming the oponent multiple times into the ground, he lets go, changes his claw (the claw will have a glowing efefct) and gves one last slash at the oponent, this will either k the enemy or give him one hell of a beating...

uncanny. My friend and I where talking about Scales in Brawl. We reached a verdict: agree to disagree. He wants Scales, I do not want him.

Even thou it COMPLETELY pissed me off that I couldn't fight him at the end of the game after I builded up so much hatered for him I could still see him as a possible 3rd SF character added (After Krystal and Wolf).

So, yeah, if they want to put in 3 new SF characters he should be the LAST one of the 3.

No way there is already 2 SF Characters in Melee (Fox and Falco) and there should be two in Brawl (Krystal and Wolf) and even that is over representing a small franchise, Scales was always a looser and a pawn, he was killed before he had a chance to fight you and the only people he could harm are gentle dinosaurs and women (Krystal) he was a coward. Boo Scales.

I think there might be enough giant reptile characters in Brawl if Ridely and King K. Rool manage to get in. Plus General Scales is not that well known, although he looks pretty cool. I would have to say I would even rather have wolf over this guy.

General Scales' Special Move Set

Here's what the Special Moves I believe they would use if Gen. Scales made it to Brawl.

B-Button: General Claw
Hacks and Slashes with its metal claw. This move can break shields with a fully charged move. Just hold the "B" button to cause more damage. Damage points: 25% (when fully charged.)

Forward-B: Swordplay
This is the same type of attack that Marth & Roy use. Just that General Scales will be a lot different than theirs. He can execute it in 5 consecutive move by influencing it's move with the control stick.

Up-B: Clobber Cut
Gives a slashing uppercut with it's metal claw. If he's not near a wall or edge, he will pull a move that is between Ganondorf's and Roy's third jump style move. If he's near a wall, then he can latch onto the wall and climb up it. If their is no wall and just an edge, then the move will be an uppercut.

Down-B: Invisibility
I don't know if he teleported or became invisible in Star Fox Adventures. But the idea of a constant invisible form will work for him. He will still receive damage from attacks, because this is not like the Cloaking Device item. He can stay it constantly, unless he is stricken with constant smash attacks. To return to visible form, just press Down-B.

Ultimate Move: Test of Fear
This will cause all opponents to be stunned permanently for 30 seconds. This move is taken from that very same method from Star Fox Adventures. The user's main objective is to force their opponent's red lines away from the highlighted area by influencing the control stick left or right. The opponents main objective is to control that red line by making it stay in the middle. If they failed to keep it in the middle they receive 100% damage points. If they managed to finish it in 30 seconds then they only receive 25% with no knock-out power inflicted. In Timed Matches, the timer will stop for General Scales and continue once his 30 seconds are up.

o...
Yeah thanx for reminding me saber (cant wait to pwn ya...)
this is the super I made:

Super- Dino Rage:
Will start slashing an oponent kinda like links super but not as fast, then he will actually bite the oponent, and he'll close the jaw as hard as he can, then move his head side to side slamming the oponent multiple times into the ground, he lets go, charges his claw (the claw will have a glowing efefct) and gves one last slash at the oponent, this will either k the enemy or give him one hell of a beating...
It will have to be super fast in order to no be attacked by another enemy characters, it aint much but its something, also has anyone made a full moveset for scales?

Am I too late to make a post? Personally, I think Scales would be awesome for Brawl. That was a pretty good moveset, but I think his down B needs to be changed.

Also, I prefer the Test of Fear idea for his Super Smash move. Dash-dancers would probably enjoy it. It's also more unique than the barrage idea (IMO). But yeah, instead of thirty seconds, make it only five.

I definitely say after Wolf and Krystal, Scales would be a good pick for Brawl. Better him than Andross for a villain (assuming the 3% chance Wolf isn't in or they allow for a second villain).

Oh no, I didn't mean to sound like I was criticizing, I was just stating my opinion. ^^;;

EDIT: About Scales' side-B attack... "Swordplay" is actually the name of one of my fanfics, lol. Therefore it's my second favorite move (besides the Test of Fear) on daisy's move list.

god no in all seriousness i suspect him as at if at all--no idea how many at's there will be i'm assuming no where near as many items, but how much each franchise recieves representation i'd imagine minimum two each, he'd be a shoe in after andross
