One piece is my favourite "modern" Anime.
The creator never seem to dry out on ideas.
Always something new. Always something interesting.

Naruto was great from like ep 0 to 70, but after that it hasn't really been that great. imo.

I've reached the wait-one-week for both of them, though ;\
So I've been looking into Bleach a little.
It REALLY sux from ep 0 to like 25, but after that it gets better.

Some ppl say "Hey, are you only watching the Mainstream Animes? lol, that's lame"
But the thing is... They are mainstream because they are... Well, good.

Old School Animes shouldn't be compared with the modern ones.
Just saying.

That is debatable.

But, though bleach is fun, it isnt top in anything.

I dont like One Piece, but I seem to be part of a minority =P

I actually still like Naruto. Though Part I had a certain charm part II lacks, I still enjoy it.

I like Bleach, too, but Bleach and Naruto are simply an entertaining adventure.
There are manga out there that are more than that. (Death Note, Veritas etc imo)

I dissagree.

It's not rediculous in comparison to what's out there.
The manga called Uzumaki is a good example of this.

And its comedy is alright, but not top material.

And if you are referring to the trolling of Kubo, then you are somewhat right, but I dont experience that as comedy =P

Yeah, it never happens in other Anime's, like Pokemon, who have completely original screentime every show!

It's heavily exagerated.
That's the core of bleach, but the story (which actually has some nice twists) and characters lift it up a little.

Plus Ichigo (the main character)'s battles arent the only battles in bleach. Not by a long shot.

Bleach is fun, but not the best @ anything.

the one thing that bleach has over EVERY other anime in the world is the fact that its filler arcs are actually decent and not jsut a copy of a previous arc with different enemies to kill.
i've never really watched one piece, i might read it though, along with bleach, seeing as ill be having a lot of spare tiem as college these days.
i only really read naruto, although most people prefer to watch the anime, they simply take too long to do anything, really i dont want 3 episodes of flashbacks and ****, do it all in one page like the manga XD

however for comedy manga i read hayate the combat butler (the name tells all) its pretty hilarious, and its also swarming with delicious loli which makes me approve

i also read one called 'my balls' and its...just...well go read it yourself if you want to find out, but make sure your parents/siblings/friends/anyone arent around

I've seen both manga you listed (the butler one, and the my balls one) on a manga list today.
They didnt get through my filter, lol.

One other anime I love is Berserker.
The music is too good, too.

Especially Guts' theme, where this Angel Like voice starts singing (Male Voice).
First time I heard it (combined with "that" moment), it pierced my heart.

Spoiler:
Too bad the last few episodes are really weird, though.
Demons and monsters are cool, but geez - The final episodes are extremely weird.

I've certainly missed a bit of conversation. For time's sake, I won't quote everyone. Bleach doesn't have a lot of comedy in the series, but the series itself is a comedy thanks to Kubo and his brilliance. Bleach's writing is extremely predictable, yet I still read it every Wednesday.

My favourite manga series is probably Yotsuba& due to the fact that it can make me laugh while still staying relatively pure. My Balls is a great series if you need to laugh while you fap, or just enjoy DFC tsunderes.

Bleach is gutter trash. Completely worthless after the Soul Society arc. Basically all that is left of an existing plot basically disappears at that point. Characters are pretty stale and uninteresting in Bleach. And the anime in particular has extremely bad pacing.

Yu Yu Hakusho and Naruto for that matter are much better Shonens.

My favorite anime is the Genshiken series. Another series I like that is more recent and getting its second season within a few days is Sora no Otoshimono. Check those out if you haven't already.

I find the pacing to be hilarious. In 9 years, the Bleach timeline has advanced roughly 6 months now.

Genshiken is good, and I haven't seen SnO. Speaking of Fall 2010, I'm looking forward to Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, and Index S2.

Though I'll talk about Cowboy Bebop all day... soooo **** good. It's the only anime i'll ever watch

cowboy bebop, samurai champloo, and FLCL are the only animes ive watched that i LOVE. im not really into anime/manga

never was one for most cartoons that air on tv here.
but i have a deep love for phineas and ferb on atm, about the only good thing disney has produced in the past 10 years (excluding toy story 3)
