Many a time people stop to think. "I wonder if this fruit is god tier?" Or "Man this fruit is **** tier."

Now. There is a list. A list that compiles all their dreams and emotions.

I present the fruit tier list.

INTENSE MANLY TIER.
Chilli

God Tier.
Mangos/Oranges

High Tier.
Banana/Apples/Berries/Lemon//Nectarines/Avacado/Honeydew/Capsicum

Mid Tier.
Lime/Cantelope/Watermelon/Passionfruit/Peaches/Pears/Pinapple/Grapes/Lychee/Apricot/Green Beans

Low Tier.
Rockmelon/Durian/Papaya/Pumpkin/Plums

**** Tier.
Coconut/Soft Apples/Tomato/Pomegranates/Cucumber/Dates

Oranges, banana and honeydew should drop a tier. Pumpkin, Apricot and plums should go up two tiers. And avacado and watermellon should go up 1 tier.

I'm revising my previous post and I think that oranges should probably stay in god tier due to their amazing versatility in any situation. Also I'll state a case for avacado's because they definetly deserve to be god tier. Avacadoes can complement virtually any meal and can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They add a little extra flavour when it is needed and are just generally amazing.

I believe we all agree on this, this is not a doubles mix tier list. Defining factor is the fruit on its own.

sorry but oranges are definately not god tier, those are just high tier. I have to say super mega S tier is watermelon. watermelon is not even fruit its just awesome.

Have to agree with m2k on bananas aswell, they are good but not amazing.

also wtf, cucumber is amazing. there isnt any matchup they cant handle, sandwhiches, salads.

banana and apple are god tier, just cause u can make so much out of them. and they are delicious.

also tomatos are sooo underated in this list.

like is it purely based on taste? what about versatility? price? health benefits? convenience?

Is this based on Culinary Fruits or Botanical Fruits? Because Botanical has Tomatoes included as fruits.

We need a Cul and a BTNCL Fruit Tier List.

Capsicums for God Tier,

Watermelons/oranges/viet bananas/honeydew/lychees/cucumbers/strawberries/omgcanolivesbeontoo for Space and Time Tier,

durian/jackfruit for Garbage Tier.

Oranges need to drop a tier imo. I'm a big fan of oranges, but they seem to be overrated here. If someone wishes to fill me in on why they're deserving of such a high tier I'm willing to listen.

and there seriously needs to be more Mandarin rep.

Why is durian low tier? Fruit stinks like sh*t and tastes awful. To the very bottom it goes!

I love berries, strawberries in particular. I think it deserves mid/high (high for the fact that freshly picked ones are so AWESOME and HUGE!).

You guys aren't taking into account the various uses for fruit outside of eating, I mean, if you're caught in a food fight, you don't want an orange, you want a mother****ing pineapple or large bag of bush lemons.

Anyways, berries too low, tomato needs more rep and plums are also 2g.

Lychees for super low tier.

Why should we eat at least an apple a day? Not only because it is so refreshing and delicious, but also because it is laden with vitamins and nutrients that preserve our health and help our body fight and prevent multiple disorders and diseases.

There are people that give away the skin of the apple, eating only the flesh, but this is a wrong thing to do, as specialists claim that the yellow, green or red skin is definitely the most nutritious.

4 milligrams of quercetin are usually found in an apple's skin and this is the major curative substance in these fruits. Quercetin is a very strong antioxidant of the flavonoids group that, besides apples, is also present in onions, wine, teas, raspberries, red grapes, oranges, lemons, cherries, green vegetables, blue-green algae and many other foods. It does not only protect against free radicals that oxidize the cells, but also block carcinogen agents in the environment, slows the development and spreading of cancer cells in our body etc.

By inhibiting the producing and releasing of histamine and other allergic or inflammatory agents, quercetin is one of the main anti-inflammatory substances in the body, preventing and curing even very severe allergies or inflammations.

Along with polyphenol antioxidants ( lutein, lycopene, carotene, anthocyanin), flavonoids are also known as phytonutrients, as they enhance the good functioning of the immune system, fighting directly against and removing bacteria and viruses from the environment and the body.

The apples also contain two types of fibers, the insoluble fiber and the soluble one, both very beneficial for our health.

The insoluble fiber is known as roughage or dietary fiber, as it cannot be digested by the enzymes in our bodies and helps us lose weight by giving the sensation of having a full stomach, of having eaten enough. Also found in the skin of the apple, the insoluble fiber is a great remedy against constipation because it helps digestion and prevents other related disorders like irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis disease that may lead to colon cancer, appendicitis, hemorrhoids, hiatus hernia, gallstones etc.

The soluble fibers in the apples have opposite effects as compared to the insoluble ones, as they are very helpful in treating diarrhea. These fibers are gel-like natural substances that help reduce cholesterol and therefore prevent the risk of heart and vascular diseases.

One of the most known and beneficial soluble fibers in apples is pectin. Besides lowering cholesterol levels in the blood, pectin is a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial agent.

Eating apples is also beneficial for eyes and visual ability, preventing and curing cataracts, for lung function and respiratory disorders like asthma or bronchitis, for prostates and almost any type pf cancer.

Pineapple should be High tier at least. It is delicious sour-sweet and it even goes well with meat.
