okiii so i found a cool google sheets add-on that translates SOME of the document but not most (of course) -

I'd still be in favor of confirming the data on that Japanese spreadsheet. I can already see some pretty glaring discrepancies or at least inconsistencies with my own data regarding move damage values. I'll make a note to test and verify the frame data posted. Also, some of the more awkwardly translated terms could do with a bit of clarification as to what their English Smash Vernacular equivalent is, especially terms like "Judgment Lasting" is that startup lag? Does "Overall Frame" mean how long it lasts until another input is possible, or until the animation finishes? I know a lot of moves have interruptible frames. I think "Sustainability" refers to active or lingering hitbox frames.

It's a good find, but It'll want some scrutiny just to be sure.
