Total frames was tested by holding left input on the joy stick when on ground. So basically IASA frames. Aerials were tested by holding left and buffering jump to see the animation.
Subtract 4 frames from total on hit for on shield frames.
Didn't test on shield total frames for aerials since it'd be hard to do consistently and accurately.
