Fox down throw off ledge

So whilst playing against a friend that if you JC grab someone near the ledge close enough you're low traction will carry you forward far enough for a down throw to insta-kill by throwing them straight down off the ledge. Has anyone else noticed this?

Is this practical at all? If a good set-up was found I thought it might be.

It can be meteor cancelled. It's not very strong, so it can be meteor cancelled quickly. Depending on quickly they cancel it, you may have time to drop down and shine spike them. It's not supper practical so it doesn't get used often, but someone did it to M2K in a sudden death recently.

In other words it's very situational, meaning you likely won't use it.
