Situational at best, but I do love me some N-air shenanigans.

There's a phantom ledge like this on a lot of (all?) stages that resets your upB if you hit it as if you grabbed the ledge then dropped off it.

It's really easy to do on the outside platforms on Japes but it's not as easy to do intentionally anywhere else.
