Footstool Clown Kart Out of Shield

So, this is technically Bowser Jr.'s best option out of shield, as it is one frame faster than up smash. The only problem is that this kills a little later from centre stage. Near the ledge this will kill at like 110%. The up side is that this is a lot less punishable than up smash if missed.

All that being said, what do you think about this? Would you use this in a match? Do you think it is viable?

Frames should matter depending on height yeah? Also this move isn't true after footstool. Yeah this is faster, but it will give them a chance to sheild it too. I think that would also put you in a bad position. It's a decent one per match/set kind of thing, but there's a good amount of time to react and shield compared to Upsmash.

I took all of this into consideration and did some more testing, thanks for the input. In that video I got the weak back hitbox of the spin. If you hit with the front of the kart, this kills very very early and cannot be shielded, as the grounded footstool animation keeps them in place. Also, the height the Bowser Jr. is at after the footstool is enough so that he won't land with any lag. He can shield, pivot, or even jump. As for the height problem, this will be a little slower than up smash on some characters like Mewtwo who are very tall. But on average height characters it is one frame faster.

So i can't test bayo sheilding, but on my ds I checked and no, on Bayo, a frame perfect footstool spinout gives spinout lag on the ground. I can test shielding later, but you're wrong on "no landing lag"
