Request Flash character white on last frame of hitstun

I'd like a code to flash a character white on the last frame (or maybe the last two frames) of hitstun or any tech animation. This would really help me a lot in timing my combos and seeing just how long I can delay hits in combo strings and on techs.

is this possible to do?
