I would say that we need Smash players like Mink in South Florida but that wouldn't actually get rid of the currently lames that we have now.

So instead I'll say that all of the good (read: amazing) players from South Florida should move up to Orlando.

That'll be one lonely *** drive.

A few things...

Basically I'm trying to figure out which job I'm going to be working(@ an attorney's office, @ a bank or Manager @ waffle house(In which pays the most 4 some od ****ing reason) and getting ready 2 get my new DOdge (Hell I'm happy I have a car PERIOD). I'm also working in the skyboxes during FSU's football games(Which is important because I'm going to be looking into sponsors)

In doing that I've been ghost 4 a bit... Not that any1 cares

While I was gone I've been harping on the idea that FL needs a national so I came up with some ideas and asked a lot of questions...

1st.) We need to increase our amount of players as a whole and I have some ideas that we can talk about later.

2nd.) We need to record proof of the hype at our events

3rd.) Its take money to make money. We are going to need more people than 2link to have the equipment necessary to have events with perfect Ustream and recorded videos.

4th.) FL as a whole needs to get better... Only national players we have are Red, HrNut, DFEAR(OMFG DFEAR @ KTAR5!!!!!!), ESAM(Who is 1 of the nations top 10 imo), Shaky, NickR, MVD & Seibrik(Another top 10 imo). D-torr(<33) Xaltis, Trump(One of the best Fox's), Masky, RYO(2nd best Ike), Ed(Prob best Sheik/Zelda), Mampham, Kyon, Gallax & GDX are borderline. The rest of us need 2 step it up. I include myself in that as well. We all have so much talent but we don't allow ourselves to get better...

5th.) Sponsors... Basically you write up a letter and invite someone who is a member of the sponsoring organization out to a smash event that has great attendance. Then we show them other national tournaments.

6th.) Have major tourneys with major profit... Since I'm in NFL I'll do my best to try and communicate and get GA & AL players 2 FL. Of course I'll need help.

7th.) Enjoy the scene

Btw Sonic games have DEF changed... Which is why we dont have as much fun with them

You over-rate a lot of people.

Halzy, HRNut, Riddle, MVD, Seibrik, Shaky, DFEAR (maybe), Ryo (maybe), Kyon (maybe) and myself are the only people that could really compete OOS. No matter how good you are in FL, going OOS is completely different. Gallax and GDX can't handle OOS. GDX normally doesn't make it out of pools, and if he does it is by the skin of his teeth. I don't think Ed could handle OOS either, although he is the best Sheilda. Masky...I haven't seen him play for a while so I honestly don't know if he could. Xaltis has his sparks, but DJ Jack has a better potential for OOS. Mampam...IDK I don't think his playstyle would work too well OOS. Trump...no. His fox is decent, but it would probably get bodied OOS. I don't think he made it out of pools at WHOBO3.

Genesis2 and WHOBO3 showed that we need to get better as a whole, I will agree on AWAL with that. Step it up without me, *****es :p

But u dont think DFEAR proved himself @ Ktar5 huh? lol

I feel like I have potential OoS, actually lol. More than some of the people you mentioned, AWAL (no disrespect, just my opinion). I plan on attending more events in the future (which includes Apex and WHOBO 4), so I plan on getting more experience and just getting better in general. A lot of us in FL DO have the potential to **** OoS, but it's like... we slackin :\

It's all good. I don't mean to toot my own horn and I know I'm not on the level of a national player but I have my fair share of good wins in state and an impressive win OoS. It's just seeing these types of posts and not even getting a mention as if I'm some scrub third-rate player. I'm salty but I'm not mad because I can use this positively as more motivation. I'm already motivated to start with but with that extra incentive to showcase myself and prove people wrong, it drives me to be a better player.

Nah Jeff has been doing work. I have my own share of wins too (beating Ryo, GDX, DFEAR, etc.) and beating L0g1c and Jta1ls in MMes, and have been placing pretty consistently in (CFL) tournaments lawl, so don't count me out just yet ;O

Stop mentioning other people by name, they don't even deserve that glimmer of hope lol.

I mean, I guess the rest of you guys aren't bad players..... in Florida. Except for the ones who are bad players in Florida, which is most of you.


EDIT: I want to party with MVD and DJ Jack.

ive been oos and the only person oos that beat me was reflex and he even admitted i should have one the set. mad props to his wario though. im ready for round 2 :)

GA/AL/NC aren't really a good test for whether or not you're ready for OoS, but regardless I believe that Jeff is going to seriously molest people the next time that he goes OoS.

Jeff the only time you should go oos is to attend MK and/or Ike banned tournaments.
