Fishing Rod Kill %s

Hi all! For those who didn't know, Fishing Rod throws are essentially random. (Their damages/knockbacks are dependent on your distance to the enemy, but it is in no way linear.)

I've tried my hardest to put together enough averages to complete this spreadsheet for everyone:
