First Hit Dair?

So I've heard that the initial weak stomp of Lucario's dair has potential to link into other moves, but I am unaware of a reliable way in which to land only the first hit, as well as any dependable true combos that can be performed employing it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Practice SH DAir immediately upon jumping. At mid % it can lead into a grab, at higher %s it may lead into a Force Palm Grab.
