Definitely old news, and Brawl seems to be pretty much dead so I will be amazed to see a reply here. That being said, I've seen this tech in some videos but cannot find a description or tutorial. What seems to happen is the first 2-3 frames of the firefox animation with some fire and Fox shaking around, then it stops and Fox goes about his merry way. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Edit: Derp. Is taunt. Extra deeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrp...
