Is final cutter a kirbycide? As it traps and kills the opponent without escape

It is a kirbycide, but it's a very unreliable one. It has a spike effect to it, but Kirby dies before the opponent 99% of the time. It's useful in Smash 64 and PM, but not in Smash 4 or Melee.

The best way to use final cutter is to dash off the ledge and come back to the stage after performing the 1st part of the attack. That way, he won't be hit by the shockwave of the 3rd attack and stay spiked.
