I have been working on 3D-printing the A button and the C-stick as a school project and I thought I'd share the files! The models are made in Autodesk Inventor. You can choose between using a STEP-file and an STL-file for 3D-printing, and you can also download the ipt-files if you want to view them or make changes in Inventor. I have tried playing with them and they work.
NOTE: Don't expect these to be better than the original parts. Also note that I knew a person with access to a super fancy 3D-printer and had him print these for me and that the results may not be that great with a hobby printer (especially the C-stick hole might not turn out well). The main reason that I see for printing these is because it's cool. The C-stick with the ball grip may have practical usage but it will most likely just be a way to boost your controller kookiness level, which isn't a bad thing.
I did not use 3D-scanning in order to make these but used a caliper, pictures and my eyes.
