I'm having a hard time getting this to connect. Is the percent window really tight or am I just bad? People always are able to drop down before my neutral b finishes, even if it is uncharged

FF Forward air to Dragon Fang Shot

I think the timing is tight-ish, since FF doesn't have that much hitstun. You should know, it works with both, FF N-air and F-air, but with something like a 10% differential apart (as in, N-air connects at about 60 and F-air at 70). Just picture running in and full-hopping as quick as possible after the aerial:
