I dunno. Horrendous typography and grammar aside, Feraligator would make a neat boss Pokemon if thrown out by some evil Pokemon Trainer. Doubt it though, since Legendaries are likely the only ones that will get boss status.

Maybe. I dunno, it'd be neat. Feraligator is actually one of my favorite Pokemon.
