FD Changing Colors In Slippi

So I've been looking at some people playing in Slippi and the border on FD was changing colors like in normal Melee. The borders when I play don't change colors. I realized they were using a texture pack so I downloaded the one they were using, but the border still wasn't changing. Does it not for anyone else? If it didn't but you made it change through some method, could you tell me how?
