I'm using the latest Brawl+ codeset and Gecko 1.9.2b on a 4.2U Wii. Is there something I'm missing here? Wrong version of Gecko?

Yes, I had the same problem, ghet v 1.91... I think.

I got one earlier today (code dump, but i think there the same). just start up your wii and try it again. if that doesnt work, get 1.9.3 or 1.9.1, as stated by piggyjelly.

Do NOT use 1.9.2. It has known problems. If anything, use 1.9.1. It's very nuice.
Make sure you're not messing up any codes, putting things in the wrong sections, etc. Also, make sure you get CodeManager 1.3, if you do use the CM.
DSI exceptions are USUALLY at the fault of the compiler.

You mean... Codemanager 0.3............right? That's the latest version I've seen, just want to know if I'm missing out on something here
