1st: The Musicians, Battlefield, The Basic Rules (already knew)

10th: Delfino Plaza (Not to Bad)

20th: Metroid: Boss Battle Music (Ridley Fight) (Boring)

30th: Banana Peel (BAD)

40th: Bumper (...)

50th: Sky World (already knew)

60th: Kid Icarus: The Underworld (Ok, this one wasn't bad)

70th: Diddy Kong (Not to exciting)

80th: Diddy Kong: Special Moves (Ok)

90th: Lyn (Disappointment)

100th: Wi-Fi Play (Only exception)

110th: Shadow Moses Island, Snake Joins Brawl! (Would've been bad if wasn't a double update)

120th: New Pork City (Didn't seem to excite much)

130th: Stage Builder (This one was preety good)

140th: Ike: Final Smash (I'm beginnig to think it's just a glorified move)

150th: Controls (Forgotten)

160th: With Anyone/Basic Brawl (Shed some light one things but nothing to special)

See? The majority of the updates weren't that good. Sakurai doesn't give a crap on what number of update it is.

After reading his post about 6 times, I think he's trying to suggest that, if there were patterns, that Mario and Wario being playable with Waluigi as an AT would be a pattern suggesting that Luigi is also an AT.
