The Great Race
You have to be sonic and run faster than captain falcon, who's racing you in his car.

I like this one too, but I think it should be the other way around. Sonic hears Captain Falcon is fast and challenges him to a race. You play as CF and have to get to the end before sonic.

This isnt my original idea but I added my own touches such as the HP count. This one I can see being very tough on hard...

You play as Snake on Shadow Moses Island. REX is constantly out, fire its various weapons at you. This is treated like a boss fight, as REX has a stamina meter at the bottom. You must destroy REX before the time limit of 3 minutes is up! As a bonus, during the fight, if a spotlight catches you, the encounter music will begin to play.
