Okay, I know this is a long shot, but imagine how cool this would be...your very own event matches. This would literally make Brawl's replay value almost endless! Now, the question arises, how would this be pulled off? Well, first of all, I'd like to mention a feature found in many RTSs (Star Craft, AoM, AoE e.c.t). This feature is a scenario editor. Here, you can choose how a game is layed out, what the victory conditions are, the lossing conditions, players and many more features. This is done through triggers. A trigger consists of 5 parts. What, where, when, how, and who. So, for example, you can make an event where you give someone 999%, place 3 other characters, and make it that if the character with 999% loses if he falls off, and wins if he successfuly crosses the stage.

Like I said, a long shot, but defnitely a possibilty.

If this was in, I would NEVER be bored. I love to do this kind of thing in Melee (did one before I got online).

That'd be a great idea. It'd be like the stage builder.

Amazing, this would be awesome! There'd be menus for your objectives. This is going to be awesome if it's in!

One game I remember where you could make your own story (I don't play too many fighting story mode games xD) was Rave Groove Adventure for the GC. It was amazingly funny.

The only bad part about making event matches is that, you have no idea what to do. There is a limitless amout, but where to start.

I could actually see a way where they let you do this by providing many scenarios to choose from. They could also let you choose what items, characters, stage, and other settings would be present, such as time or stock, or if the match would be multiplayer. The possibilities are almost endless.

As FREAKIN' AWESOME that would be, i think we could cover most every event in a special brawl. i realize that some events are unique (like when you had to fight zelda and mewtwo appeared later and you had to kill him to win in melee), but for the most part, i'm right.

You are correct, you just have to end the match at a certain point. What would be good about the editor though is online play and uploading it to Nintendo!

I doubt it'll happen, it's not revolutionary either, in the end your still fighting dumb old computers.

And what if we could make our own adventure mode!?! You would use stage builder, SSE enemies, stages and characters, and even bosses (Giga hands, maybe), and even dialogue!

Yeah, you choosea predetermined background, and you can make an Adventure Mode level. PLacing enemies where you want to, the finish point, e.c.t.

I'm making a thread for this!

Edit: Nevermind, i'm too lazy, and don't have time. How about someone else?

I'm gonna make my own event like this:

Title: Monkey's can fly

Character: Either Dk or Diddy Kong

Allies: The one you didn't choose

Stage: Lylat Cruise

Items: Dragoon

Description: You have one chance for you to hit them, and your first to fly. Make it your best.

Opponent: Pit and Meta-knight

Stock: everyone on 1

:chuckle:

This is all a joke btw

yes but what u don't relize for a game like brawl it would take forever just to make one event, unless they do it your way which would leave out a lot of individuality between everyones events

I disagree- AR on Melee opened up a variety of creativity.
