As far as I'm concerned, Mega Man is not in Brawl until he actually is confirmed.

Now I admit things look bad for the blue bomber but one can't help but think.

I'm sure Nintendo and Sakurai would of jumped at the chance to use Mega Man and talks for his inclusion would of been done long ago. So either Inafune has some bad memory, is out of the loop, covering up, or Nintnedo actually didn't call Inafune/Capcom.

Then again we also must realize that Inafune is not Capcom. So they call could of gone right past him. However you would think that Inafune would be in the know.

But as far as things go. Mega Man is not in.
