Alright then.
If a good number of matches don't get done before the deadline, i'll extend it ONE more week.
Then i'll do a coin flip toss if it happens again. >__>

Postponing and extending deadlines is what kills tournaments, if people aren't meeting the deadlines (and a week is more than reasonable) you should just VM both people who were supposed to play and whoever made more of an attempt to get the set started (maybe only one person even tried to contact the other), should get the win.

Giving laggards an extra week is unfair to those of us who get our matches done on time and want the tourney to progress, and using a coin flip is unfair to individuals whose opponents fail to respond to them for a whole week and then show up at the last minute just for the coin flip and win.

If people disappear for a whole week after willingly signing up for a tourney that has a specified start time, it's their problem and they should be cut. But that's just IMO.
