E 4 All questions from a noob

so ive been trying to navigate around the character discussion part of the website (sry im a noob) but i wasnt really able to find anything about the characters alternate costumes, one that i found was in links section, and another in metaknights section
i found nothing about any other character and how they had changed and such
can someone plz tell me what the costume changes are or link me to where to find them?
