Smash Lord
Mewtwo's down smash is a lot like MK's forward smash, fair bit of start up but with barely any ending lag, does this mean it's safe on shield like MK's forward smash is?

From what I have seen on all the Mewtwo guides I would have to say no. But I am not sure if you want something reliable about Mewtwo I would suggest going to Izaw's Art of Mewtwo.

A more read-based move honestly, even with the low end lag - since it doesn't have the benefit as useful range as Lucas's D-Smash at it's 3rd hit. However, it does pack a good punch when used.
