So on Dolphin when I have vsync turned off the game starts fine, runs fine for about 5 minutes, but then everything starts slowing down. It feels like I'm playing in molasses and screen glitches and tearing is all over the place. The fps still says 60, so it's probably something with my computer and not with dolphin itself. The game runs fine with vsync turned on, but there is noticeable input lag so I'd rather not play with vsync on.
